Unable to access PayPal credit site to make payment

I'm trying to access the PayPal credit site to make a payment but I keep getting an error message. I tried clearing my cache and restarting my browser, but I'm still seeing that same message:

"Bad request. Your browser sent a query this server could not understand. "

Is anyone else having this problem? Is the site down?

Try clearing browser cache/cookies and restart device, select a different wifi connection, switch wifi connection off and on. Wait a few hours and then try again. Or use the PayPal app.

I cleared the cache/cookies etc and restarted my browser already. But I will try closing everything and restarting my computer, and see what happens.

I cleared the browser cache and cookies, restarted my computer and waited about a half hour before trying again, and success!
