Samsung fails to complete PayPal credit transaction

HI When attempting to complete a PayPal credit transaction from Samsung, it times out for no reason. My purchase with Samsung then gets cancelled, as the PayPal transaction fails to complete. Any ideas or suggestions? ThanksDavid
