Did the charge go on your credit card or was it charged to your PayPal balance? If it was on your credit card, you can contact the CC company and let them know the charge was not initiated by you and they will do a chargeback. If the payment came out of your PayPal balance, you may want to call them and have the case reviewed.

I'm trying to access the PayPal credit site to make a payment but I keep getting an error message. I tried clearing my cache and restarting my browser, but I'm still seeing that same message: "Bad request. Your browser sent a query this server could not understand. " Is anyone else having this problem? Is the site down?
