Hello. This is probably a dumb question, but I have been a stay at home mom for 6 years now and I have just recently started working after asking for a divorce. I am trying to get on my feet and I wanted to ask if I can transfer some of the credit "money" to my bank account to use for a bill that must be paid in cash? I don't have an actual card. So, is this only for online payments or what? Thank you!

Sorry, funds cannot be extracted from cards through your PayPal account, that is against the PayPal user agreement.
However, both cards allow you to get a cash advance at a bank teller at your bank or at an ATM. Please read the agreements of your particular card for more details.
Cash advance fees and interest rates apply.
