Why will Multi Order shipping ONLY allow we to choose Paypal credit and not my bank account?

Why will Multi Order shipping ONLY allow we to choose Paypal credit and not my bank account?

 

I would like the funds to come out of my back account and not Paypal Credit.

 

This has been happening for about 2 weeks.

 

It happens on Edge and Chrome.

 

Any thoughts?
