Does anyone know where the PayPal credit account information moved to?

Does anyone know where the PayPal credit account information moved to? Up until now, I simply logged in and clicked on credit account balance, make a payment, done. Today, credit account info is no where to be found. Calling results in a loop of nonsense then disconnects me. Message function may produce an answer someday. Any clues would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

This is a constant issue for me over the past year or so. Somedays its there, somedays it's not. My guess is there's an issue with Syncrony that's not making it to the PayPal site. It would be nice if they fixed this.
Just to be clear, the entire box that contains our PayPal Credit account is missing from the Insights category on the left; should go Money in, Money out, Credit and it's just black white space.
