Come on PayPal. Fix the problem! Can't make a payment on PayPal Credit!

I see there is a ton of folks that get the message: "We apologize our system is having technical difficulty retrieving your information. Please try again later." I have been getting that for 1 week now and it **bleep** me off. A company this big needs to get this corrected. I have been given 2 different numbers to call and each passes the buck! I have used PayPal for years, love it, but this is a shame.

The same is happening to me. I don't have access to PayPal Credit. I made a payment through the phone after trying everything. I used two different computers, three different browsers, changed password and still receiving the same annoying message "We apologize our system is having technical difficulty retrieving your information. Please try again later." The representative knew nothing about the issue. I'll continue to make payments, but I will avoid using PayPal until this is resolved.

I am sorry to hear that you are having troubles completing a payment to your PayPal credit. Since it has been a couple days, I am hoping that the issue has been resolved, but if not, I would suggest calling PayPal Credits customer service to see if they are able to offer another alternative to make the payment.

I closed my Paypal credit account today (2/20/2020).  Having "our system is having technical difficulty" for over a week is unacceptable.
