I have a paypal credit payment due on the 15th (24 hours from now) and I tried to make a payment, but when I click on Paypal credit within Paypal, I get "We apologize our system is having technical difficulty retrieving your information. Please try again later."
I've been getting this all morning.
I tried to call support, but the phone menu wouldn't authorize me.
How can I make a payment on time with the system down like this?

I just called in, they are trying to fix the issues, they are moving to new servers.
If you call[Removed. Phone #s not permitted]in the US you can pay by any of your accounts over the phone.
I could not help snarking a little bit that its a bit of a failure for an online payment company to not be able to take online payments for 5 + days.

I am also experiencing this issue. It's been happening for me, approximately a week now. My payment isn't due until February 22, but I can't believe that it would take this long to move servers. What if we get late fees due to this issue? Will those late fees be waived? This is the first time I have experienced this issue. At the same time, this is completely unacceptable. Someone, please contact me with a solution to this issue.

Agreed. Been going on for a week. Completely unacceptable, but not unusual in my experience for Synchrony. They were positively awful a few years ago, go better--some of their sites have the best ease of use--but their offshore team clearly is very very poorly managed. Embarrassing.

I closed my Paypal credit account today (2/20/2020). Having "our system is having technical difficulty" for over a week is unacceptable.
