What's the solution for provide some more information about your account?

I opened my account in 2018 while I was in Canada. I often travel between Canada and the US for business purposes and due to pandemics, I moved to my country of origin where there are no services by PayPal.

 

My business (Lead Lister) operates with global clients and I transfer all my money to my US bank account as it gives me more access to transact in different countries while travelling.

 

What can I do now? Will PayPal limit my account activities like receiving payments from clients and transferring money to my bank account?

Paypal is country specific so if you move countries you have to open another paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.

You should really withdraw any funds / resolve issues / remove cards and bank accounts / cancel any subscriptions and close the old Paypal account before you move countries. If you don't then you may have problems doing so once you have moved and may need to contact customer services for help to resolve things.

You can however add a U.S bank account (not card) to 'most' other countries paypal accounts. This is because paypal is a U.S company and so allows this.
