transaction fee without explanation

I am confused about the reasons for the transaction charge. The person sent it as family and friends to my

business account. My primary currency is USD.

Firstly not sure you can receipt the family/friends option in your country so it may have been sent goods/services instead.

Secondly you would still pay cross border or any currency conversion fees.
