Hello! Do you know if Ticket Pickers is trustable? I received an e-mail from a payment sent from them but cannot see it within my account. Thank you in advance!

If you do not see payment anywhere, you have not been paid.

 

Check if the email header or the raw text through your email client to see where the email originated from, if you see random email addresses and random domain servers then it's not real payment confirmation email.

The e-mail came from the usual address: [removed]  When I scroll down all the links lead to PayPal. However, I do not see any payment. What do you mean by “my e-mail client?” - thank you for your quick answer!

Hey there, so sorry for getting back to you so late here, but were glad we could get this situation sorted out! Often times when a user cannot see their payment it is either because they have not yet claimed it (this is common with new accounts) or because it is on hold (which we are able to release in most cases).
