Thanks for reaching out to us in the Community. 

If you are trying to get a refund for a purchase but you're having trouble, it might be best to check the status of the payment in your 'Activity Log'.

If the payment is appearing as 'Completed', you may need to file a dispute in order to request a refund. 

If you need to dispute the payment, you can do so by choosing 'Report a problem' under the transaction details. 

Please remember, the funding source used to make the payment initially will be the destination if/once the refund goes through.
