Changed mind after purchase

2 days ago I purchased something for £15. I've since changed my mind & decided I no longer want it. Sellers rules state that returns are accepted within 14 days. I've not received the item yet, but have told the seller (after a long slanging match) that I no longer want it & wish to return it AT MY OWN EXPENSE via courier. I've asked for an address to send it to, but he won't give me it. Where do i stand with PayPal (how I paid via goods & services) How can I return the item if he won't give me his address??

Paypal covers you for non receipt of item OR item recieved but not as described but it does not cover you for 'bought but changed my mind', that has to be between you and the seller.
If they won't allow you to return the item then you have the option on the small claims court OR a chargeback if you funded your paypal payment via a credit card.
