strange email : Annual Error Resolution Notice : anyone else get this ?

Wondering if this is just a fishing scam.

PayPal does send those out. Just look at the email header with your email client and see if it is from some strange email address/server path/domain you don't recognize as an authentic PayPal email address/server/domain. You can refer to previously received authentic PayPal emails and compare.
