problem contacting customer service?

For the last two days I have struggled to talk with a live human being at PayPal. The recording keeps looping, sometimes saying my phone number matches their records, other times not. On several occasions I get hung up on by the automated answerer. Today I requested a call back and the recording said it would be a window between 29 & 44 minutes. When they called, I verified my name and then...disconnected and hung up on. Even before that when they read back the number I wanted to be called back on it was completely different than what I stated. I tried to open up a complaint at the resolution page and when I cliked on "report a problem" it closed the page. I have used both[Removed. Phone #s not permitted]&[Removed. Phone #s not permitted]and both have problems. Is anyone else experiencing such issues? Thanks

Try:
Click HELP at the top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US.
Say "Live Agent" to the automated recording.
