hi I want to know your gateway charges in India or Kuwait, also I want to know that what is the process of return and refund in India or kuwait

Legal bottom right of this page > select the country from the drop down list that you want > user agreement > fees.

As for return / refund, read up on buyer and seller protection in that same user agreement.
