can anyone help, how can i get some human help so I can access funds on hold, i have been thru all the existing solution but no luck

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.

have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.

Hi Thanks unfortunately there is an 11 hour call back time and even then they did NOT call back, I assume they do not want to talk to individuals, at least EBay will talk to you via the interactive talk forum. I think that this will never get resolved for me so I will look for an alternative to PayPal, its a shame

Thanks for the reply, yes I did read it, the problem is that although I did register a tracking order and the product has been market as arrived there is still no movement, The people at Ebay, who have been very helpful and easy to contact say there from their end all is well and that the problem is from PayPal, I have been trying for 4 days now by phone, email etc and just cannot get help. I am sure that 5 mins with someone who can look into the problem it could be resolved. I have spent many many hours trying to do my bit. it clearly is a lack of customer support and an unwillingness to help the individual
