I am thinking about buying a trading program which makes money online. It comes with a 30 day money back satisfaction guarantee. If I pay by Paypal, if the vendor doesn’t not honour the guarantee, will PayPal refund the money if I launch a disputed? I have heard many of these money back guarantees are fake and the vendors just don’t respond to requests for refunds.
Thanks!

There is buyer protection.
You should have buyer protection for non receipt of item BUT very little for 'not as described' disputes.
If you choose to go ahead then personally i would fund it via a credit card to give yourself a second layer of possible protection.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
