Unsolicited Money Request

What should I do about unsolicited money request? Someone I don't know just asked me to send them $10. Just ignore it?

Hi @solfrio If you don't know the person who sent you the money request, you can just ignore it. You are not required to complete a transaction to someone who randomly sends money request or invoice. Keep safe!

I too had this problem. I reported it to spoof@paypal.com

Then, i logged onto paypal.com, went to View all Activity

You will see the payment request there.

Click on Cancel.

Print a copy of the cancelled transaction for your records.
