Transfer a seller refund to bank account?

Hi & new to this. 

I have a partial refund from a seller (3/10/20) & it's confirmed in my activity.

However, it hasn't transferred to my bank account & I can't establish how this

would be done. Previous refunds have automatically transferred across, but thus

far not this one? Is it automated or a manual process?
