I got a text saying You just made a payment to Glenda <removed> for $9.99 USD. Login to view transaction details [PP-CASE-ID-QQ2TU7] When I click the link it takes me straight to the PayPal website but I didn’t sign in. There have been no transactions in my account though.

Thank you for your post! If you don't see the transaction when you log into your PayPal account, this message may not have originated from us. You can see more about spotting fake messages here. It sounds like you didn't log in after clicking the link from the message. If you did, I would recommend resetting your password and security questions.
