I made a purchase on ebay using Paypal and I have received a text saying that this transaction was marked as suspicious and to reply 1 if it was authorised and 2 if it was not. I have not had this happen before. Is this normal or is it some form of scam?
If one replies "1", paypal replies "We're sorry, you can't send or receive money by text anymore." Which is interesting, but not useful. I'm not trying to send money...
