Had a text from +4[Removed. Phone #s not permitted] With this message PayPal: Your account is limited due to a failed payment request. Please login at <removed>to remove the restriction. Is this a scam? I assume it is just want to put my mind at rest

Scammy/phishy. Should you want to check your account for any issue, log on directly via PayPal website. Do not click links in the messages.
