Poor business practice

I run a repair business and a customer sent me money to help cover his parts. I went to use paypal money he sent on ebay to purchase his parts and instead of paypal paying with that money, they decided to take it from my dang bank and caused me 70.00 in overdraft fees because of it. I called customer service and didnt get anywhere so I asked to speak to a supervisor and then they put me on hold for a long time and then when they came back to the phone, they said supervisor would call me back. "Never happened"! This mistake has caused me and the customer problems. Paypal charges me a fee to use there service and then costs me 70.00 in overdraft fees because they decide there gonna hold my dang money? Bad way to conduct business and Im getting ready to close my account" after 15 years" **bleep** paypal because they sure didnt mind **bleep** me!

Before you click to pay it shows you where the funds will be debited from on that checkout page, if you didn't want it to come from your bank account then you should not have clicked to submit / agree to the payment.

Secondly did you do this first??

Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > second down click on update next to your prefered way to pay and put a dot in one of the options listed.
