Hello! I was used Paypal to transfer money from Romania to Romania. I have an associated card from bank BCR and the receiver has the same. My question is: Why is there a commission for a one euro transfer for example? I get only 0.62 euros Thanks in advance!

If you are selling then you pay a fee.
If you are sending it as a friends/family payment then there is a fee if you use a debit or credit card.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
