Ive been trying to connect a ups account to PayPal for hours in order to print a shipping level. when I try to connect an existing account, it asks for my account number and information from an invoice from the last 90 days. I don't have any invoices yet, but I enter my 6 digit account number and then I just get stuck on a loading screen that never leads anywhere:

when I try to create a new account through PayPal, I get the same loading screen with the same results. how can I connect my ups account? is it the way Im formatting my account number? do I need to somehow get an invoice? how can I do that?
