Unable to link Bank account "There is a problem with your account. Pls go to Resolution center"

Unable to link Kotak Bank account (a bank in India) - getting an error "There is a problem with your account. Pls go to Resolution center". And there is no way to create an issue in resolution center. What should I do? Please help.

Check the link but if its a virtual or digital bank it may not be supported.
