Hello, I'm trying to convince my friend that paying a suppler in China using Friends & Family is a bad idea. I know buyer protection is not offered for F&F, but I can't seem to find where Paypal specifically prohibits this practice in the user agreement. Circumventing fees has to be a violation, anyone know where it says this?
I'm also curious as to the tax implications. Does the IRS have a problem with someone deducting a business expense that you have paid using F&F? Thanks all!
