Hello, so I got a refund from a seller on eBay, when I go to click on PayPal transaction, I log into my PayPal and it says Oops, That Page Doesn't Exist. Any clue what that means?

Hi @abdulhadi2,

I'm sorry to hear that you're getting an error when viewing a transaction. Are you clogging into your account from a link in an email that you received, or are you going to the PayPal website from a new browser window after typing in the PayPal URL? If you're clicking a link in an email and that email is a fake, that may be a phishing site that you've logged into.

However, if you are actually in the PayPal site and are getting an error when you click to view a transaction from your account history, please clear your browser's cookies and cache and restart the browser and try logging in again and viewing the transaction. If the problem persists, you can open a ticket by visiting https://www.paypal-support.com and clicking Contact Us after logging in there.

If the email you received does turn out to be a fake, please make sure that you visit the PayPal site and change your password as soon as you can.

I hope this helps!

Olivia

I'm experiencing the same problem. I get it when logging into the site myself, not through an email link.

I'm having the same problem I clicked the transaction code straight from eBay which brings me to the PayPal login page and then I get the same "oops. that page doesn't" exist link. what does that mean?
