When customers purchase individual products the price is € 12,42 + 20% VAT which PayPal correctly totals at € 14,90. It should be logical then, that when a customer adds 2 products to his cart the total should be € 29,80 and indeed, most of the time that is what PayPal charges the customer. However, on 2 occasions with the same products, when a customer adds 2 to his cart PayPal charges him € 29,82.
Although we are talking about only 2 cents difference, it is not what the customer expects to pay, nor is it what is quoted on the web site, and it doesn't give the customer a good first impression of us as the merchant.
I already tried phoning PayPal about this and was told someone would look into the matter and get back to me. Nobody ever did. Now, it has happened again.
There's nothing I can do about it from my end because the price in the Buy button's code is € 12,42 which is correct.
