I’m new to PayPal so bare with me. I am selling an item through EBay and the buyer requested a 200 dollar gift card. I’ve received an email from PayPal that the money is pending until I send a photo of a scratched gift card. I’ve email and asked about the legitimacy behind this and haven’t gotten a response. Can someone help me ? Is this a scam?
