I was shoping online today for more than 1600$ I had chosen PayPal as the payment method. I was directed to the PayPal site and after logging in I made the payment of approx 1600$ The amount was instantly debited from my bank account. However, it still does not show in my activity list. The merchant has not recieved the payment. No mail recd from PayPal as well. Did see a message on my notification that the amount has been pre-approved or something to that effect .Can anyone please throw any light on this. Unable to get through to PayPal. Thanks
