I can't contact Paypal by phone

Hello, 

I recently experienced an issue when trying to call Payapl support. I am unable to talk with someone for days. 

When I go to dialing options the no has no long country prefix and when I call, obviously doesn't work. 

I have a problem with my account and I really need to resolve this issue. 

The person that I want to get in contact with is Cristian <removed>.

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.
