How to reach support

Hi, 

I am trying to check/cancel my automated payments but when clicking on it it says "There were a few issues in retrieving your data. Please retry after a few minutes. We apologize for the inconvenience." 

Unfortunately, this message comes up since Sunday.

I just tried to reach out to Support via the email feature at the website as there isn't any urgency that would require a call, but the routing doesn't offer any category for website issues.

Do you guys have any idea how to get in touch with PayPal?

I'm not aware of any other way than phone or twitter at @AskPayPal. They usually reply within 24 hours.

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.

have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.
