First incoming transfer I have to pay

Hi someone is making my first transfer to my account and sending a screen that I have to pay $ 50 for a google play coupon,
next time $ 15 for the next coupon. Is it deception? It says I won't get my payment until I transfer the money there.

This is a scam and I would advise you not to go ahead with the transaction.

If someone sends a payment to your PayPal account, it will go directly to your PayPal balance.
