Fees question - sold something on ebay. Seems excessive at over 7% value

What is the fee for making a £12.50 sale? It's appearing as £0.91, which seems excessive. I thought I'd found the information on their fees (confusing) and it's meant to be £0.30 plus 2.9%, which is about £0.60
