Hi,
How to solve this please?
I recently sent money (as personal fund transfer) to someone but he was charged with a 3.63% transaction fee.
In this case, seems he was categorised as a seller. Yes he did sell something to me in the past.
How do I reverse the transaction for him?
Thanks

The friends/family option of sending funds is not available in your country so all payments will be viewed as goods/services payments and a fee would be charged.
Advice is voluntary.
Kudos / Solution appreciated.
