It was money I sent to someone by mistake They sent it back and more fees on top ?!?

Then they 'sent' the payment as a buyer and didn't use the 'refund' option, if they had refunded you then you would have had it all back.

S**t didn’t know about that Anything I can do to get it back ?!? Surely PayPal can see that tho ?!? But still I’ve sent money before and never been a fee

You don't pay a fee as a buyer only if you receive funds as a seller.
Unless the friends/family option is used then the sender pays the fee.
Advice is voluntary.
