Confirm shipping info before receiving payment?

I’m selling a PlayStation 4, and my buyer says that funds have been deducted from his account and that I should have an email to send ahipping info to in order to receive that payment. Is this correct? Supposed payment transaction ID is U- 5F884096X37608434

Scam. Log on to your account, if you do not see a record of payment, you have not been paid!

PayPal NEVER asks you to provide tracking/shipping information before showing your payment! You must receive/see a record of payment first!!! Even if PayPal puts a hold on the payment, there would still be a record of payment!

What if the account says "Payment Pending" and I get an email that says I need email them the tracking number?
