Hi,
Anyone know how I go about complaining about the lack of service and downright rudeness I experienced today from a so-called Customer Service agent of PayPal?
I've had a look about the site, but without success.
I also noted a previous complaint with a resolution - but that didn't fit the bill, that was more financial than human resources.
Any help would be appreciated.

Help/contact bottom of paypal pages on the left > scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on 'contact us' > click on feedback and formal complaints > click on poor customer service received > then click on email us.
