Somehow my current paypal balance is negative. I am trying to add funds to bring the amount positive, but when I try to transfer, I get to the screen where you select your card or from a bank, and when i click either of them nothing happens. I've tried on my phone, on my pc in firefox, chrome, and edge but I cannot get past that screen.
