Am I covered by Paypal for an item I paid for in Ebay by Visa debit?

Hi,

 

I paid for an item (£120) from my Visa debit card.  This card is not linked to Paypal, can I get a refund from paypal or not?  I can't get a refund from Ebay as the return was closed.
