I am an English teacher in Hong Kong. I get paid weekly from America into my PayPal business account and survive on the money I make. The only access I have to my money is through my papal access card. It stopped working 2 weeks ago and I have not been able to earn or receive money. It is an absolute disgrace!!!!!!!

I am sorry to hear that you have had issues with using your card while you are abroad. This is most likely a security issue so I recommend getting in touch with the Access Card team directly. You can reach them on +44 0333 700 70 60. If you are using a UK PayPal account from Hong Kong for an extended period of time this may cause issues also. I'd advise logging in to check for an information request in the resolution centre of your account.
