Hello. I have been attempting to have automated payouts enabled via API for about two weeks. I was told initially that it would be a 72hr wait, and were it that I was not contacted regarding PP's decision, I should call a certain number and follow up for myself. I spent many hours on hold, and called perhaps 5-6 different 1-800 numbers with very little success. Today I was told that I needed a customer support manager from 'Telesales' but was not eligible for one without a monthly revenue of 500 thousand dollars. ..I don't understand; I want to make simple payouts on an API call - there is a 'Standard' and an 'Enterprise' option for payout, and I believe I qualify for the standard payout - can somebody help me? All of the agents with whom I spoke were barely aware of the process I was following, and I felt like I was navigating through a labyrinth, personally speaking.

Again, I am trying to have API payouts enabled for my business, I have a registered and verified PP business account, and have followed as many directions as I could before asking here.

Have you created your app in the developer site yet?  If you create an app there and then submit a ticket to PayPal MTS with the App's Client ID they can usually help get the ball rolling for you.
