Steps to access your API credentials via your Business PayPal account:
Login PayPal.com >> click "settings" icon >> Account settings >> Account access >> "API access" >> Manage API credentials.
(Or)
Login PayPal.com >> Go to "https://www.paypal.com/businessmanage/credentials/apiaccess" >> follow above steps.
