Stuck in a loop trying to get access to our api credentials.
When I click on "Manage API credentials" it brings up the security check screen with our phone number, we received the call and input the pin number and it said it was complete. However, nothing updated on the screen, and further attempts to refresh/revisit the page show the same security check screen or "Sorry, we couldn’t confirm it’s you".

Sorry about that! Definitely not the right experience that was intended. I would reach out to support about this to get this resolved. Alternatively, I do know that adding a mobile phone, making it your primary phone number, and getting the code through text could also resolve the issue. If that doesn't work, scroll to the bottom of this page and select "Help and Contact" on the bottom left side. You should be able to reach out through the message center to chat with support about getting that resolved for you.
Hope this helps!
