IPN has stopped working - payments received but IPN list for last 24 hours is empty

I've been using PayPal to collect payments for several years now and today I received two payments but no IPN.  Looking at the IPN config it is definitely enabled and pointing at the correct URL.  The IPN history for the last 24 hours is blank.

Any ideas?

Our reports on wordpress looked "off" today, showing less revenue than I know we had received. The money is in paypal, we have a transaction but the IPN was never triggered for it. Some transactions have gone through without issue where others do not have any IPN logs on the history page.

Can we please get an update PayPal? As the IPN hasn't fired, our systems cannot activate the customers memberships/subscriptions.

I have exactly the same problem since the beginning of May, after more than 2 years without interruption, it has stopped working.
