Paypal Account Verification Problem

Hi,

 I have created paypal account since Nov 2010,by using my citi bank debit card.I entered my card type(master card) and account no,cvv correctly.is this possible to open paypal account through debit card?.Could you please assist me.Thanks in advance.

Can you clarify what you are trying to accomplish?  Are you trying to gain a Verified status?
