Can I have 2 separate Paypal accounts, 1 for personal use, 1 for business?

I'd like to have 2 separate Paypal accounts. One for my small business, one for my personal shopping, but have them both tied to my personal checking account for verification and withdrawl purposes. 

 

Is that allowed? If so, how do I do that?
