For the last couple of days, I've been attempting to put my $100 Visa Vanilla® Gift Card onto my PayPal account. In the past I've never had a problem doing this, has PayPal stop accepting them? Also, I have already registered the account with my zip code and have made calls to both Visa and PayPal and there was still no luck. I know many people face this problem and it would be great to get some help. Thanks in advance.
